At present, large-scale centralized heating projects are being carried out in the Three North regions of China, with most of them built at the county level. These areas store abundant low calorific value brown coal resources, which can provide users with a large amount of low-priced and inferior brown coal fuel. Based on their strong adaptability to this type of coal, the CFB team of Zhengzhou Boiler Group Co., Ltd. has made significant technological breakthroughs in vortex fluidized combustion technology, vortex wind separation structure design and parametric design technology, and material return technology, while inheriting the original technological advantages. They have developed a low-speed internal vortex separation circulating fluidized bed boiler, which has been appraised as a provincial-level scientific and technological achievement.

The QXX series low-speed circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler is mainly used for newly built or renovated large and medium-sized central heating companies. This type of hot water boiler adopts the water circulation technology of forced circulation, natural circulation, and injection, and adopts the horizontal water-cooled separator separation technology. The boiler is arranged in a double drum transverse π - shape, with low-speed circulating fluidized bed combustion technology consisting of upper and lower drums and convection tube bundles. The boiler adjusts the furnace structure and cooperates with the appropriate introduction of secondary air. Combined with the installation of a flue gas secondary circulation introduction device in the primary air of the boiler, the desulfurization method of adding limestone in the furnace achieves low pollutant emission technology, making the overall structure of the boiler compact and simple, with high combustion efficiency, safe and simple water circulation, low resistance, high heat transfer efficiency, low cost, energy saving and environmental protection.
